Located at the foot of the Unterberghorn Ferienhaus Resi & Obermoser is surrounded by a large garden. Hiking sticks and rucksacks can be hired free of charge. All rooms and apartments have cable TV and a bathroom. Most have a balcony.

The Kaiserwinklloipe ski-run trail is 30 metres away. The centre of Kössen can be reached in a 15 to 20-minute walk. From 7 January 2017 until 14 January 2017 and from 11 March until 18 March and for stays of 7 nights guests receive a 50% discount on the ski pass.
