  : Location is perfect, 10 min walk to the Therme. Hotelroom was clean and the staff is pretty nice. Junior suite is a spacious room with comfy beds. Communication before arrival was smooth and effective (they booked spa tickets for us and prepared the check-in docs in advance). Although the reception is open only till 9pm, the nice lady was waiting for us till 9.30 pm because we were late. We appreciated it very much!Breakfast is fine and of a wide range of foods, we liked it every day. The restaurant (Kaminstub'n) opposite is not for our taste (medium quality food but nice staff).Opposite to the hotel there is also a tennis court.
  : It is an old-fashioned hotel, used to be 4* but today it is rather 3*. We got room 115 (junior suite) right next to the lift. Walls are very thin so we usually woke up to the noises of the lift or other people speaking on the corridor.A/C is only in one room and goes directly to the beds so we could not use it n the nights. There is no mosquito net on the windows, so it was neighter an alternative to open them.

  : On one of the mornings I could see three big animals eating grass or doing their morning cleaning on the hill in front of my room while doing my morning fitness in my room. The animals stayed there for more than a quarter of hour up to maybe half an hour. These animals were very nice to observe. There is a refrigerator in the room and several mirrors in the bathroom, including a magnifying mirror. The breakfast is okay. Expect continental standards. The air is nice in the region as this is pretty natural, yet this nice air is also available at more friendly hotels than this one. I do not recommend this hotel. There are certainly more friendly hotels with better comfort and service. Even if I will be offered to come for free, I am not sure if this worth all the hassle.
  : Checkin time is until 9PM, which is very early. There is a possibility for a night key but difficult to understand the directives how to get in at night. Thus I had to drive too fast before personal leaves and expect to pay some fines. First night was very cold. No heating. The radiators do not work. Also I was alone so they provided only one blanket: there was no spare blanket to get warmer. An extra electrical radiator had to be provided for the further nights. The bed are not comfortable. Also there was only one pillow. So if the small pillow is not enough for you, this is bad luck. But worse is the room is also cold and you don't have opportunity to ask for anything warmer as there is no personal available at night. Also in the day personal cost will be saved too, so personal is available only at checkin and checkout time. For checkout, I wanted to pay in advance the day before when I ordered an extra drink. The lady refused and she said I have to pay in the morning. As expected in the morning there was a very long queue for checkout, the personal wanted me to wait but I have also a course I had to attend and I can't be late there, because our whole group is moving between different places in the region. There is not only some issues with personal availability, the personal is not friendly either. When telling the personal about problems they ignore it, do NOT even want to hear the feedback (both when being there and on the phone also afterwards) and do as they want meaning they don't really care about having any customers. Thus apparently this online feedback is the only way to make them think.

  : Wonderful small hotel on the beautiful Austrian countryside, close to a thermal bath. Room was nicely furnished, AC, very quite and was super clean! Breakfast was amazing!
  : the main restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner so we had to find a place in the area.

  : It was all good until the lady at the end started being unfriendly for absolute no reason.The Hotel is providing bath robs, I asked if we can get new ones because they did not dry over nught. The lady started immediately telling me that this is not a spa resort , I should be happy that they even provide robs and if I want them exchanged I have to pay 5 per bath robe.I just thought: Okey, sorry for asking
