  : Wonderfull location at the mountains.
  : Terrible dinner and breakfast. Unpleasant staff that should not work at a hotel hosting guests. Talking about the lady in the breakfast. A rude one that yell with us because went at kitchen door asking for help with coffee machine. (What's wrong wit this people?!)

  : The accomodation is very nice, in the middle of the national Park. It has 2 saunas and a jacuzzi. The dinner was always excellent and a lot of food with soup and salad bar.
  : The fist breakfast made by a woman was burnt also the aggs and the pancakes, but the second day was better, made by a man.

  : Very good value for money with full board and Karnten card provided. Basic drinks were also free flow and payable drinks were very reasonably priced. Sauna facilities also very good.
  : Location was pretty remote. Dinner main course wasn't fantastic but it is good value overall

  : We could not stay in the hotel because of a rude, arrogant manager. We went to hotel around 2pm little ahead of check in time, Manager asked us why we came in early and checked us in. He gave us room key and a Food & Drink card. Immediately after check in we went out for a hike and returend back in couple of hours. When we got back, I realized that I accidently droped/lost my food card. When we told manager that we lost the card and asked for a new one, he got mad at us and refused to give new card, asked us to go back to mountains and find the lost one and said that we wont be getting food or drinks that come with card and have to stay there 2 days with free stuff available only. His attitude was very bad, we felt thretend and scared to stay. We had to leave and find some other accomodation. He didnt even try to stop us and happy to let us go.If I was the management, i would investigate the situation and let him go of the job, he is bringing bad reputation to such a beautiful hotel at a unique location.
