Located at 1800 metres above sea level on a south-facing slope Berghotel & Gasthof Marlstein offers panoramic views of the Ötz Valley. It has a sauna a children's playroom and playground. The Alpine-style rooms feature mountain views satellite TV and a bathroom. Most have a balcony.
A buffet breakfast is available every morning and Tyrolean dishes are served in the restaurant. The owner himself offers guided hiking tours there are lots of activities for children and you can also try rafting canyoning and many more adventure sports. In winter you can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts of the Hochoetz Ski Area with 30 km of slopes. The Gasthof Marlstein is located in the Neder Valley a 10-minute drive from the Ötz Valley and the A12 motorway.
