  : Staff were very good. Bath was good & large. Breakfast good.
  : room on 1st floor window opened to parking lot some noise one evening a loud conversation right outside. Location a bit distant from transit.

  : It was conveniently located to where I needed to be, but it is a bit out of town. The breakfast is very good and with ample choice.
  : Stayed here because most places were booked in Graz due to a big medical conference. Bokan has a new and an old part of the hotel. The reception and breakfast room are in the new part of the hotel, my room in the old part. This corresponded with the photos when I booked, but there is a big difference in the way both parts look. The old part is in bad need of an upgrade. Everything is working and functional, but pretty basic. All in all okay for a night.

  : Next time I would like to get room in the new building. The old is simply old and asks for renovation! Having no soap or shower gel in the shower is big failure in 4 stars hotel!
