  : The appartment was quite big, clean and the kitchen had a lot of good equiptment. There is a ski-room in the basement, you can use modern elevator to get there. The hotel provided us (after a request) 1 extra parking space. The rooms, the parking lot, the apartment area, the ski-room and the apartments were accessible only with key card, so everything was secured. Very good location for skiers. It was a pleasure to stay here.
  : Two bedrooms (of the 3 bedrooom apartment) were next to each other with not a proper door. You had to cross the first bedroom to get to the 2nd one. The 1st bedroom didn't have any window and was not very spacy.

  : Clean and nice flat in a good location. Staff are very friendly.
  : Had to pay extra for towels and bed linen. No soap or washing up liquid. Checkout is at 9:30 am and cannot be changed.

  : We liked the infrastructure of the aparthotel. Ski room with direct exit. Location was great. Everything what needed for self catering.
  : We would expect to have salt and pepper, but I guess that might be against safety rules.

  : The location is very close to the city center and to the waterfall. We were afraid the sounds of the waterfall would disturb us in the night, which was not the case. Supermarket (Eurospar) is located near the apartment, which is very comfortable. The apartment itself is very nice and very lovely balcony. We received Gastein card which is a guest card in Gastein area, with it we could do many activities with reduced prices, such as the public bus (1.50 Euro instead of 5.10 Euro to Dorfgastein), cable cars, and the thermal baths. It was a pleasant surprise because gastein card was not mentioned at all in the description (Or I oversaw it)
  : If I can check in starting 4 PM and have to check out at 9.30 AM I would assume that the housekeeping have plenty of time to clean the apartment and I can leave the apartment as it is. I don't understand why we have to have all the dishes cleaned (or in the dishwasher), putting the trash into the bin room at the basement and some other house rules. We are already busy getting ready, packing the suitcases, getting breakfast. Until 9.30 is such a small timeframe to do everything with small kids. If the apartment expect me to do some cleaning during check out, I would expect that I can check out at 11 AM and check in at 1 or 2 PM.

  : the location of the apartment and two rooms apartment have full services like kitchen , washing machine , two bathrooms and dining room .
  : there is no cleaning services , they ask us for check out at 9:30 am , they put a lot of exaggerating penalties and that one staff will check the rooms daily for keeping electricity off and no drop of water on floor of bathrooms
