  : The host was very friendly and forthcoming. She offered me a welcome drink and there was a closet in the basement where I could lock in and recharge my ebike. The room and the facilities were very clean and the view from the balcony was nice. Despite being located not near the high street the place was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast was adequate.

  : Hotel is centrally located and for us, it was a bonus where the ski school for our little one was 3 min walk with loads of restaurants and ski rental shops to choose from. Spar supermarket is just a 10min walk at max. Although it is centrally located , it is situated at the end of a quiet street so it was perfect. The Doughbarn ski lift is 7-8min walk and the Issokogen ski lift is 4 stops away. The ski bus runs usually every 15min and the bus stop is called Gerlos Ort. Our room is spacious as we have a balcony to ourselves . It is very clean and everyday when we come back from our ski day , we would find that our room is always kept clean and tidy. There is a cellar where you keep the skis and boards and then to dry the ski boots. The owners can speak English and they are always very friendly and helpful. The selection of the breakfast was great and they also have a farm close to the hotel and the milk is freshly squeezed everyday ! One of the other good thing about this hotel is that the internal structure is very solid and each room is very sound proof, you don't hear squeaking noise coming from upstairs or downstairs. Also, previous review had mentioned plumbing problem but I think this is fixed now as the showers and basin are all brand new and we had no trouble with the plumbing. We loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be coming back to visit again with our little one
  : There is a large farm of cows nearby, so the smell of the manure could get strong on a sunny day. Also some of the furniture eg lighting and bedding needs updating. May also consider to provide thicker pillows for guests although we have found the bed very comfortable anyway ! Overall we have been spoiled by this hotel and they have set a very high bar for us !
