  : Exzellent position directly at deadode, walking dostance to town. Very silen, allows sleeping with open windows, with only waves sounds. Could be a gold mine.
  : I do not know who is running this place. I have never seen a conpletely disoriented staff like here in a 4 star place (except the afternon reception lady)..I would not blame the service people themself. But they clearly need direction and training by the management. Cleaning of critical areas in the bath room and on the balcony was poor.The setting of the out door terrace is beautiful. No clue why service there is obviously outsouced and run by some selfservice guys who try to cheet me.

  : breakfast was basic. why not put yogurts in a tray of ice to keep them cold. Room temperature yogurts suck. coffee was horrible. basically brown water that was rarely hot

  : The location of Saranda Palace is great; its only a 15 min walk into the centre and the area is very peaceful. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are cheaper than on the promenade and have some great fish selections. The swimming pool itself is super clean and the view of sunset from a room with seaside view is incredibly beautiful (prior to the terrible white hospital light illuminating the entirety of the hotel). Nice cocktails at the bar for 600 LEK and the surrounding area has a lot of things to do: kayak, sup, cheap car rental for 30 euro etc.
  : We stayed in Saranda palace for 6 nights in total and overall had a pretty okay experience. The hotel itself definitely can use some fixing here and there; the private beach which is just a piece of concrete in the ocean had beds with stained cushions and they were all over the place. The ladder to the sea needed replacement just like the cushions at the swimming pool. The lightening at night, both in the hotel rooms and outside is bright white which makes the place feel kind of unpleasant and cold. The breakfast is mediocre, not a lot of fruit selection and the coffee was mid. The music at the bar is annoying, loud and terrible (in our opinion) and we wouldve preferred silence. The hotel itself is nothing special and without character. The rooms are simple with a balcony. Wifi was okay.

  : There was no restaurant in hotel apart from where breakfast was served. Breakfast for ann Irish person wasn't the best ever thing was cold even the hot food couldn't get hot water to make tea. The only bar there was the pool bar and barman was very poor ann not very helpful

  : I liked the pool and the rooms very much. The private beach needs a little extra care.
  : The bathroom is extremely old and outdated. The floor, the sink, the shower. The bathroom was my less favorite thing and made me not give 5*. The bathroom needs an extreme makeover ASAP! It needs to be upgraded. It was pretty disgusting to be honest.

  : Very responsive and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Special greetings to Miss Ori and Miss Mimosa. Always ready to help.
  : I have no idea why this hotel has such great reviews - I chose it because of those reviews. Huge mistake! First, the hotel definitely does NOT meet the criteria of the 4 star category. The Reception advertised as 24\7 is actually from 8 AM to 22.30PM. The rest of the time there is one security guard who does NOT speak English. You don't stand a chance if you need a doctor or something. There was a wedding in one of the nearby hotels on one of the evenings. The music was deafening, loud and terrible. Until 5 AM.5 AM!? In a resort where there are people to rest!? In the hotel, it is not possible to dial an outside line from your room to call the police - there are no instructions on how to do this. The security guard at the front desk REFUSED to call the police. Really?! In the hotel during the day there is NO way to talk to any manager if you have a problem. And there are enough problems! The maids who do NOT speak English have obviously not heard that when they are cleaning the corridors it is not good to SCREAM and make loud noise - people are supposed to be resting! I told the reception that. Twice. No result. Don't even try to sleep in this hotel between 1 PM and 4PM. The maids will be banging on doors, shouting at each other in the corridors and utterly amazed that you don't approve! When I insisted on speaking to a manager, it was explained that all questions were for the receptionists - the bosses live in England. Pillows and mattresses in the hotel are under all kinds of criticism. Mattresses are like a waterbed and cause bone problems. Pillows are only good if you want to break your neck while trying not to sink below ground level! I definitely do NOT recommend Saranda Palace! I wasted my money!!!

  : Amazing location and views to die for. Great pool. Loads of sunbeds. Very clean and great chambermaidsFriendly and very helpful staff. (Nothing too much trouble. I wish I could name them personally to say thank you. Many people seem to moan about the staff but if you treat them politely they bend over backwards)Not sure why people complain about breakfast, yes it becomes repetitive after a few days ( but where doesnt) however within a couple of minutes there are many options for an alternative breakfast for a change. Lots of local food optionsPeaceful and relaxing

  : Very nice hotel with own pool and beach. The hotel is clean and nice smelling. Stuff is young and nice. Orjona is our love). The number is clean and comfortable. The view from hotel is amazing. Breakfast contains fruits and all what you need in the morning! The family of turtles which are leaving in hotels yard are cute! Tha territory is well looking. So it is enough for short story). If you want a pleasant vocation - dont think - book now)! I wish you all the best Saranda Palace!
  : The coffee can be better. It will be great to have towels for beach every day!
