  : I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this apartment, the tv wasn't connected to wifi so there was no youtube and NO Netflix, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the bed was so uncomfortable and the bed sheets were ripped out, and NO playstation obviously.

  : There is nothing luxurious about this place...really nothing. It's a big flat on the 9th floor with a view of another 11-floor block of flats, you can't see the mountains or the sea, you just see other buildings. The description on Booking is extremely exaggerated, not to say it's a lie. The place smells like a detergent. The address on the Booking is wrong and the host didn't even bother to tell us that before we came.. so the address leads you to the middle of the road under a bridge, 4km away from the actual place. I called the host and he asked me to send him a message on WhatsApp so he could send us the right address, I did and then we waited...so I called him again to remind him that we were in the middle of the road. When we came over, there was a man who didn't speak English, he showed us the place (the sign language worked somehow). It turned out we had a problem with taking out the cash in a cash machine nearby, I asked the host to tell this man not to wait for us as we had to go and look for a cash machine, and he agreed but 10 minutes later the poor man was still waiting...so I called the host again to remind him that the man is still waiting for us. We had to check out at 6 AM and leave the keys inside. Still, the problem is that to use the elevator you need to use a magnetic key ( one person uses the key, leaves the keys inside and the other person holds the elevator..If you are a single traveler...you need to use the stairs). The parking is a nightmare, as you can imagine with so many flats. We had to use a public parking space. As a cherry on top, I asked the host if there was any possibility of printing out the boarding passes, he agreed and said they would be waiting for us when we met, so I sent them but the host claimed I never sent them plus we never actually met the host in person. It doesn't seem like the host really cares about the guests.
