  : Place is beautiful, as well as the stone beach of the resort. The pool is comfy and amazing. The vibe of the restaurant is very pleasant.
  : The staff felt untrained. We had a few mishaps at the restaurant. It's silly that a hotel like this has certain limitations such as no room service and no meal in the bar area (which is in the same area as the restaurant, and even when we are the only people in the place). The restaurant was the main disappointment. It was end of season so lots of items were missing from the menu. The same dish (paccheri) ordered twice was very different in quality (once amazing, once not good). We got the mixed grilled fish dish (not cheap) and there was no octopus (even though it was listed as part of it). We tried to order a caesar salad for 3 meals, we were always told it was no longer available. On the third the table next to us ordered it, at which point we complained to the staff. We ordered it in our next meal, and magically it was available. These things are not welcome in this type of hotel.

  : Hotel design and direct beach access.
  : The hotel planning and design must have been completed in its early days for a 5 star hotel but unfortunately the poor facility maintenance and extremely bad service have reduced it to max 3 stars. No service at the beach, no service by the pool, no room service, no-one taking orders during breakfast, waiters untrained for normal service and no manager to talk to.We stayed 3 days and the only opened restaurant offered only 10% of its menu and those dishes also came with missing ingredients. None of the staff saw this as a problem and the ghost manager seemingly thought it normal to keep the resort open in this state because end of season.. The beach itself is ok but thats hardly a merit of the hotel. Beach lounges were not clean and the pool area had many glasses and bottles left around for days. Price-quality levels extremely bad as in this condition they still charged 7 euro for a beer, which you pick up yourself at the bar. There are much better hotels in Albania with proper service and adequate prices to the infrastructure level they offer.
