  : Little flat in a house 300m from the center and the bus-stop, 7 minutes-walk to the village beaches. All the family is really helpful and kind, they don't speak that much english, but it's ok for what you'll need. Everything is clean, matresses are really good, AC helps a lot with warm weather in Ksamil. I would recommend the place without any doubt.
  : Maybe one point : the balcony hasn't any good view.

  : Elvis and his family are so very kind. A short walk to the beaches and restaurants and a little supermarket just opposite
  : Just a little more kitchen equipment would have been appreciated (salad bowl, more saucepans, a trashcan in the kitchen) but I managed with what there was.

  : Elvis and his father were kind enough to offer me a room upgrade that included a large bed and AC and a small stovetop. I was able to cook some meals there, which was great. The room is close to a minimarket and within walking distance to the city centre. It's also quite close to the lake. Elvis speaks English and is quite forthcoming if his guests need anything. For example, the AC wasn't working but he went to get new batteries within a few minutes. The wifi also works quite well.
  : The only negative thing for me was the fact that the bathroom doesn't have a curtain or something else to prevent the shower from flooding the bathroom floor.
