  : - rooms are stinky and not clean- one air condition broken; the other one runs randomly with noise- rooms are tiny - shower and toilette and tiny and useless - water for toilette tank runs for ages- overall condition not good at all- this hut with its current condition and quality does not fit on a booking.com platform and should be removed - would love to get min. half my money money back since totally overpriced - unfortunately no English speaking staff- bathroom door ruined by a dog from inside ... might explain a part of the smell ... not sure what they locked for how long in there .. - brown rusty water in the kitchen - glasses in kitchen dirtyetc. .... pictures explain the rest

  : The room was not heated. The owner turned on the radiator only when we entered the room. So it took at least an hour to warm up the room.

  : We had a pleasant stay here. Nice and helpfull staff, good food at the restaurant. Lovely beach pretty near to the hotel. A very good place especially when travelling with a car. We left our car at the train station nearest to the hotel and took the train to rome.

  : The place was great .. The owner and manager was great .. Lorenzo was helpful .. Katia was friendly and helpful.
  : Only thing is, the description in Booking.com said it was 100m from train station but in actual it's not. Because of this location to train station issue, we have to fork out extra cost for taxi.

  : A very warm welcome, a nice pool and pool-bar, an ideal appartment with a little private "garden" to keep your bike safe. (The bathroom isn't exactl on the same level as the rest - no issue, though.) Neat little breakfast in the moring and la carte restaurant service in the evening (probably for lunch, too..?).
  : WiFi didn't work in all areas - what only bothered me because I didn't have a good reception on my phone and could have used the service.
