  : Nice residence just outside Rome and a few minutes from the centre of Grottaferrata. Very simple but functional and clean.

  : Friendly staff and good parking facilities.
  : The air freshener they spray in the room is too strong, really unbearable. The sheets, pillow cases and towels all had this strong smell. On complaining to the staff they suggested that we air the room (temperature was quite cold). They afterwards offered to change rooms but the alternative also had the strong smell. We did air the room for a few hours but the smell persisted. We all woke up with headaches in the morning. Wifi speed was really poor too, practically unusable.

  : spacious apartment. good location. Staff was very congenial and helpful.

  : The location was very good for what we needed. The air conditioning worked well though it took a little bit to understand how to make it work. The room/apartment was quiet at night. Towels were thick and fluffy and replaced daily. The staff was courteous and helpful, and communicated well.
  : The kitchenette was barely usable. There was basic cutlery but no large knives, spoons, etc. The water boiler had a weird crust inside. No microwave, which would have helped a lot. No dish towels. The sofa bed took up the entire ground floor and was not very comfortable. The only light in the tiny bathroom flickered off and on. There was black mold along the base of the shower that was just covered up with copious amounts of white silicone. The emergency bell cord in the shower was stuck to the shower wall and was black. For this price, and based on the photos, I expected something a little nicer, not luxury, but a little more space and no mold.

  : Compact apartment with cute outside space and everything you needed. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels and a continental breakfast available. Staff were really helpful and have WhatsApp to stay in touch.
  : You need a car to get about, but we had one so wasnt a problem.

  : it was clean, well organised, so we had spent a good night there!
  : it was, I think, enough good, so I cannot say I have found something wrong about property! we were just not aware of dog supplment of 10, but it is a dog-friendly place
