  : Very nice hosts. They do not speak English, but they do their best to ensure communication and it works. Very nice place, nice rooms. First stay (2 nights), I was in the green room, perfect.
  : Second stay (2 nights), I was in the blue room, and it is a bit less isolated for noise. I could hear the phone ringing (not many times), and steps of an animal (dog?) at the upper floor (where the owner live). Not a big issue though. Still a quite place.

  : Pleasant accommodation with spacious garden. Free onsite Parking. Good Wifi. Safe in the room. Managers/owners very helpful with information. They don't speak much english but it was enough to communicate the necessary, like best way to get to Rome. We drove in our rental car to the main metro station 10 minutes away and took the metro into Rome. Parking for 9 hours was 1.50.
  : No breakfast. A bit tricky to find, signs on the road would be helpful.

  : The structure is clearly managed by someone very attentive to customer satisfaction: Location very quiet. Well maintained structure. Nice garden. Room very clean. Bathroom well equiped. Chilly water in the fridge for free.
  : I found the matelas a bit uncomfortable, it was a "memory" model, but I guess it had memory of too many guests. No kettle in the room to make some tea, as usual in Italy. I suggest the landlord to buy some to put in the rooms, with the necessary for tea and few biscuits. The investment would be minimal and some customers would be super happy.

  : The single room and bathroom were good size, clean, smelled nice and comfortable.
  : 1. Location, not easy to get to if you don't have a car. If you are on early flight out like myself, needed a taxi at 4.00am, the taxi fare normally 30 EUR but you will pay over double the normal price to get you to the airport. 2. No shops I saw around and no food in the place to purchase. Staff didn't offer guide into where shops are or where to buy food. 3. Staff didn't not mention about where to go out for entertainment if any local entertainment available out there. The place looked to me in a remote residential area. 4. Sound insulation between rooms not great, I can hear next door guest conversation and night activities!

  : Super clean. Spotlessly clean. Recently renovated rooms. Big and neat front and back yard. Parking in the gated yard. Convenient for going to the area east of Rome. Competitive price. A very good value.
  : Not a negative, but a reminder: the house is on a narrow street in a small village. Can be hard to find and enter the front gate if driving. Availability of a refrigerator would be nice. May need google translator to communicate with hosts, but it didn't affect my stay. All was well.
