  : The property is located in a vineyard which offers a peace and quite ambjance and superb landscape. I loved the farmhouse house style of the property which was newly renovated nonetheless with nice furnishings, especially in the bathroom. You entry each room directly from outside and there a few sunbeds and table with chars on the grass in front of each room. The breakfast was lovely, although mostly sweet. Some things were clearly home made and delicious. Huge compliments to the home made orange marmelade. One more thing, I appreciated the walk-in closet in the room which allows to keep averything there and mentain a clean aspect of the room.
  : If you are comming to visit Rome without a car, as we did, this location is quite problematic. We either had to walk around 45 minutes to the newrest train station or the nearest bus or take a VERY expensive taxi (and most taxi drivers were also bothers by the location). We wish to return to Erba Regina one day but it will definitely need tk be with a car.
