  : Communication is terrible with this property. No one gets back to you on issues. My husband forgot his wedding ring in the room and we called immediately after check out on October 13th and no one has gotten back to us yet. They acknowledged they had the ring but won’t call us back. Terrible service! We contacted them during our stay regarding the tv not working and they did nothing about it! Again, terrible service!

  : Nice enough apartment close to the metro system, but did find that we weren't anywhere near anything except the Eiffel Tower. This was our fault we should have researched more as tourists.
  : The apartment was nice but it looks like it's either in the process of renovations or has uncompleted renovations. We had no hot water for our entire stay in the middle of winter (those cold showers aren't nice). We attempted to reach out via email and booking.com chat with no success. The heat was literally hanging out of the wall, there was a single towel and scorch marks up the wall from the hot water systems wiring.We were probably just unlucky, but still zero communication we weren't impressed.Close to the metro system, but did find that we weren't anywhere near anything except the Eiffel Tower. This was our fault we should have researched more as tourists.
